This company is incompetent and a scam. A month before my flight, I've sent all the appropriate documents that they needed. It was a tedious process that took me half a month of back and forth with the customer service that never told me what was wrong in my application, only to keep rejecting my files and sending it back. After completing all the files, they told me not to worry and they've sent all my files to the government. Weeks have gone of me asking them whether I could see proof that they've sent my files to the government and they never acknowledge or sent any proof. The night before my flight, iVisa sent me an email saying that I'm missing all of my documentation, from itinerary, residency, to all the basic documents that I've sent months ago and that they've approved it. Customer service also kept quite right after sending me all of these emails saying that I'm missing all of my documentation. This company is a scam and incompetent at their work. They placed the blame on the customers last minute when they couldn't deliver in hopes to say cause some of the documents are missing. Do not fall for their trap, and please let this be a reminder to others to not trust this company.

Do NOT use iVisa services. They are incapable of retaining the information you give them. They wait a whole week to ask for the same information you already provided many times, over and over again. I provided the same bank statements 5 times, and they have zero accountability for your time lost. Every email you send, you are talking to a completely different person, that has no idea about the state of your application. I went to the Canadian Visa website and did it my self, it took me 2 hours to do what iVisa couldn't do in more than a month. I requested a refund but I doubt they'll do it. If you value your time, do not use iVisa services.

iVisa is a scam site. Unfortunately I was in a rush to get an Australian ETA approval urgently and paid about 500 USD for urgent processing. What I learnt later is that similar to the other complaints, IVisa will first inform you they lack documents or info from you, then take a long time to process. In my case, they interestingly first told me they were missing documents, then next when I did not reply, approved it the next day - if it was genuine lack of info, this would not have been the case. Fact was that as I was so urgent, I found out on the first day that I had been scammed. Unfortunately money already paid. But I discovered by asking airline staff at the airport that Australia ETA could be applied directly at government app site. Guess how much Australian government charged me? Only 20 AUD. I paid 20 AUD and got my real ETA approval within the hour. I can only say that one gets scammed if you are in too much of a hurry. So always check first if there is a government site. IVisa looks a lot like an authority site- and we need to be very careful.

Thank you iVisa for your time and great effort in helping with my NZ visitor visa. First of all I thought I made a big mistake choosing iVisa because no one ever talk to me about iVisa, I found it through online browsing. I nearly gave up on half way of the process and then my partner said he will call NZ immigration to check if they really have my application with them , then a lady confirmed my application is in process. I've got it approved few days later and I am so happy. And recommend them to anyone to use them because iVisa check everything before they send the application to the respective government. Once again thank you.

Overall I'm happy with the service. I found the issue with uploading the photos and documents a little tricky to understand. Upon submitting them some had a green tick but were typed in bold red which indicates a problem. Could not get in touch with the support team on WhatsApp number provided as never received answers. Anyways, things worked fine after that!
